While the Gifted Youth Coordinator (GYC) must be a Mensan, a Parent Volunteer is not necessarily a Mensan and can take that role so long as he or she is a parent of a Young Mensan.
This role is in direct contact with the GYC and the LocSec and is part of the ExComm. He/She supports the organization of events, encounters, activities in that light in our Chapter, and can serve as a link with the other parents.
