Meno by Plato
December 12 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Virtual Event

Meno is one of Plato’s Socratic dialogues. Meno begins by asking whether virtue (aretē) can be taught. But before answering that question, Socrates asks what virtue is. He’s not just asking what the word is used to mean, but what the nature of the concept is. Socratic questions are questions of the form “What is F-ness.”
