Northern New Jersey Mensa has won the Diamond Award for our size category for the past three years. This signifies that we earned more Jewel Award points than any other chapter in our size category. (The Jewel Awards are American Mensa’s way of recognizing good performance by a chapter.) The third year, we won more points than the Diamond winner in the largest size category. But we want to cooperate, not dominate. We want to give other chapters the chance to “steal our diamonds.” To give us a run for our money, your chapter must develop a strategic plan.
